What to Wear in Europe: Dress Like a European

August 24, 2017

I have been neglecting and putting off writing a blog post for a few weeks now. Nevertheless, I finally found a little time to focus on all this missed time. On my last blog post I informed you I was preparing for our trip to Europe, which we went on and so much happened.

What to Wear in London

we flew from LA to London and spent a few days there. London is truly such a magic place. During our entire visit to London, I kept telling my boyfriend it felt like we were in a Harry Potter movie! Seriously London is one big Hogarts. If you’re a Harry Potter fan and you have not been to London, then you are seriously missing out.

As far as fashion, when I think of London I think cool girl fashion or Kate Middleton Classy. I went for more of the Kate Middleton classy look. However, I do have to warn you, its actually pretty chilly in London which was something I was not aware of (I didn’t check the weather app of course)!

The outfit below I wore to the airport, a simple comfortable dress by French Connection and beautiful blush pink sneakers by greats. Shop my look with reward style.

This outfit I wore to go site seeing and explore London. Necklace is from Anarchy Street  (For 20% off write “CAMILA” at checkout) and watch is from Daniel Wellington’s new Classic Petite Collection. For 15% off www.danielwellington.com write “C_MILA” when you check out

What to Wear in Ibiza

Next, we flew to Ibiza, my boyfriend had been dying to take me to Ibiza since we met, that’s how much he loves it there. Naturally, his enthusiasm for Ibiza turned into large expectations, quite frankly it was the country I was most excited to travel to during this trip. Sadly, things didn’t go as planned in Ibiza, on the first night we got there we ate at a little restaurant called “El Principe” and we were welcomed with a big fat FOOD POISONING. If you’re ever in Ibiza please avoid “El Principe” like the black plague. Our food poisoning was so bad it took us nearly the entire trip to recover. I even felt, at one point, hospitalization would be required but thankfully that wasn’t the case. Nevertheless, because we felt so bad we were not able to truly enjoy everything Ibiza had to offer.

This crop top and culottes set I wore to explore “old town” Ibiza. Although it was extremely hot in Ibiza, I thought this outfit was perfect for causing the quaint streets and shops of old town.

You can’t go to Ibiza without a cute bikini because lets face it, Ibiza is all about swimsuits and pool parties (although we went to neither). Jewlery is from Anarchy street use promo code “CAMILA” for 20% off.

Bikini and cover ups all day in Ibiza. Again, body jewelry is from Anarchy street use promo code “CAMILA” [show_shopthepost_widget id=”2800140″]

Unfortunately this dress is sold out, but it was a Parker New York dress. Here are similar options.

What to Wear in Rome

Lastly, we visited Rome, which has been on my list for as long as I can remember. Rome was absolutely breath taking, although I do wish we would’ve spent more time there. Since we were only there for two nights, we only had time to visit the “touristy” places. When we visit a new Country, we like to spend time doing touristy stuff, as well as time doing local things and meeting with locals so that we get the best of both worlds. However, we visited Rome at a perfect time, since there was no traffic but the tourist areas were still a nightmare. After Rome we went back to London for a last “harah” then we flew to LA and the day after I flew to Miami.
As you can see it feels as if I’ve been at an airport flying for weeks, which is part of the reason I’ve been so MIA. Apart from all the traveling, I am back to working and graduate school fun which has been extremely time consuming. I am also working on home renovations, which I will write a post about. I am also working on launching a YouTube channel, to include a video from this trip to Europe.
